Program is the leading employee development program of the curtainwall industry.  This program is developed from the vast years of experience and knowledge of Enclos Corp's employees. Rotation. We make this happen through a program designed to rotate you throughout the various phases of our business. 


One of the unique facets that set the S.O.A.R. program apart from any other training program is the hands-on learning you will experience. This unique program is segmented into three different phases to provide you with the experiences you need to make you the most effective leader you can be. Through our unique 3-Phase development program, you will discover the unique opportunities this program encompasses and how it can shape you into a leader of the future in the curtainwall industry.

Phase I: Management Development

The first phase of this program focuses on a providing a well-rounded experience needed to be successful in this career path. This phase is roughly a 24-month program that provides experience in each of these key areas of our business:

Field Program – Hands-on project jobsite experience.

  • Hands-on field installation
  • Material inventory
  • Safety + Equipment training
  • Scheduling + Sequencing
  • QA/QC
  • Field Fixes, water testing and coordination

Shop Program – Experience working at one of our fabrication and assembly facilities.

  • Fabrication + Assembly
  • Plant management

Engineering Program – Experience working with our engineering teams learning how our curtainwall systems are drawn, including the programs that are utilized.

  • Technical project management

Estimating Program – Experience working with our estimating team learning our estimation process for sales.

Design Program – Experience with our design team learning how to develop the initial curtainwall design concept for our projects.

Coupled with the hands-on experience is on-line learning opportunities presented through the Enclos University portal. The key achievement in Phase I is taking the experiences and knowledge learned and effectively apply them in your daily work activities and the final testing phase where you will run a mock-up project. Successful completion of this phase of the program results in advancement to an assistant management level position.
