The Aria Resort & Casino stands 61-stories tall at the heart of Las Vegas’ CityCenter, or the “city-within-a-city.” Above the 24th floor the building splits into two separate towers. The towers curve in opposite directions and house 4,004 hotel rooms and luxury condominiums. Architect Pelli Clarke Pelli designed the interiors with floor-to-ceiling glass, providing spectacular views of both the Las Vegas Strip and surrounding desert and mountain terrain. Enclos provided over 4,000 floor-to-ceiling custom window units.
CityCenter sprawls over 67 acres between the Bellagio and Monte Carlo resorts on the Las Vegas Strip. Amenities include a 165,000 square foot gaming floor with intimate gaming space, 300,000 square feet of convention space, three primary pools with 50 cabanas, 16 restaurants, 10 bars and lounges, 80,000 square foot spa and salon, a deluxe fitness room and exercise studio, and a 1,800 seat theater.
Aria is LEED Gold certified by the U.S. Green Building Council.
