EAGAN, MN – January 23, 2018 – Enclos is proud to announce the promotion of directors of preconstruction Justin Russell and Justin Yen to vice presidents. In their new roles, Justin Russell will oversee preconstruction activities for the western region along with Justin Yen who will manage opportunities to evolve Enclos’ global sourcing delivery options.

“We are excited to have two talented and hard-working individuals lead our preconstruction efforts in the west region,” said Steve Danke, executive vice president of preconstruction for Enclos. “Their disciplined approaches to sales and global sourcing position them to add tremendous value to any owner or general contractor’s project team.”

Justin Russell has over 15 years of experience in the glazing industry and holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. Growing up, Russell was destined for leadership in the glazing industry, training under his father and grandfather in their family business from an early age. There he held a multitude of operational positions that set the platform for his current role as the preconstruction lead on some of Enclos’ most recognizable projects, including the Chase Arena and Office Towers in San Francisco. Russell is a LEED accredited professional and has managed projects ranging from hotels, residential, transportation, office, to healthcare across the West Coast and Hawaii. He is highly organized, forward-thinking, thoughtful in his planning, deliberate in his actions, and always cost and schedule conscious to the satisfaction of his many clients.  Russell will oversee preconstruction efforts for the western region.

Justin Yen has over 17 years of experience in the glazing industry since completing a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of California – Berkeley.  He spent the first five years of his professional career working as a project manager for several notable facades in the Los Angeles and San Francisco regions. Yen’s work and successes led to his promotion to senior project manager. In 2012, Yen moved over to preconstruction at Enclos. He has been a great asset to Enclos with several significant projects like Park Lane Ala Moana in Honolulu, Pacific Gate in San Diego, and the most recent Oceanwide Plaza in Los Angeles under his wing. Yen is an Associate AIA with a technical understanding of materials that make him a great asset to projects with custom building enclosures. Most recently, Yen has become a key player and direct liaison for global procurement and will continue to lead these efforts in his new role.
